Arabella is a Soft Tissue Therapist and third-year Physiotherapy student at the University of Canberra. With a holistic approach to health and movement, she also teaches yoga and group classes at a local movement studio. She integrates her diverse skill set into her treatments to best support her clients in achieving their goals.
Passionate about working with individuals from all walks of life, Arabella tailors each treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs—whether they’re seeking relief from pain, recovering from injury, or aiming to enhance their overall wellbeing. Her goal is to empower every client to move more freely and feel their best, no matter their starting point.
