Late cancellations (the day of the appointment) and now shows are almost impossible to fill with another client.  Hence the appointment that was allocated to yourself becomes vacant and the business does not receive any remuneration for the time allocated.

To maintain the viability of the Clinic and its employees and provide treatment sessions for other clients, we expect cancellations the day prior to the appointment.  There are both email and text messages the day prior to your appointment to give you plenty of chance to cancel if need be.  Thanks for understanding!

Late cancellations or No Shows will incur a 50% cost of the appointment.
