Individuals who are interested in better managing their hip/knee osteoarthritis in order to gain strength, reduce pain and prolong a joint replacement
Focus of Class
- Improve strength and muscle mass of surrounding structures to the hip/knee
- Resistance exercises
- Improve neuromuscular control of the lower limb
- Proprioceptive exercises
- Improve walking gait mechanics
- Circuit of 10-12 exercises following a set protocol
