Individuals who are interested in better managing their hip/knee osteoarthritis in order to gain strength, reduce pain and prolong a joint replacement

Focus of Class

  • Improve strength and muscle mass of surrounding structures to the hip/knee
    • Resistance exercises
  • Improve neuromuscular control of the lower limb
    • Proprioceptive exercises
  • Improve walking gait mechanics
    • Circuit of 10-12 exercises following a set protocol
