Laura Kavanagh is a JEMS®-certified rehabilitation practitioner, soft tissue therapist, and Pilates instructor who enjoys helping people rediscover ease, mobility, and the joy of movement. With a holistic approach that integrates movement education, mindful awareness, and a wide range of manual therapy techniques, Laura guides clients beyond symptom management toward embodiment and lasting change.
Currently studying osteopathy, she brings a deep curiosity about the body’s capacity for change and self-regulation, and is developing a practice grounded in science, guided by intuition and and shaped by compassion and respect for the whole person.
