Arabella is a Soft Tissue Therapist currently studying Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra. She is a passionate Yoga teacher and exercise enthusiast. Arabella’s experience teaching Yoga inspired an interest in anatomy and a passion for helping people feel good in their bodies.
