About Brent

Whilst gaining his qualifications Brent developed a fascination with how the body works and the way it adapts and functions through injuries or deficiencies.

Brent believes each individual has the capacity to move
better, whether an elite sportsperson or weekend warrior.

Brent has been surrounded by sport his whole life and as a result loves to treat athletes and body conscious people. This extends into those hitting the gym and want that extra help to reach their gym goals; be it weight loss, gains or just to be more active.
