About Clare

Clare is passionate about health and fitness having played a variety of sports such as gymnastics, netball and rugby union. Having experience in these sports allows Clare to understand the demands sports put on the body and how important injury management and prevention is. Gymnastics has been a big part of Clare’s life having competed in gymnastics when she was younger and then later working her way up to become an Advanced Men’s Artistic Gymnastics coach for 5 years.

Clare’s interests are in sports clients whether that be junior to elite athletes or those people who do physically demanding jobs. An area that Clare would love to be able to work with is people in motorsport, from pit crew to race car drivers. Motorsport is a passion of Clare and she understands the physical demands that racing has.
